History: Beiro was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he's looking for his big break
