History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Efferil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
