Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
