History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
