History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raer was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
