Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Quarion isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Quarion was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. After coming to the age of reason, Quarion took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
