History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Description: He wears long strands of aquamarine and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His hair is silver and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Raer was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
