Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a great chef.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Uthemar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
