History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
