Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Uthemar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Uthemar was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Courier. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.
