Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his small grey hat.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Standing 4'7", this man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: Standing 4'10", this man has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Eiravel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
