Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Carrie does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Carrie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Efferil is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
