Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hadarai does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Hadarai hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hadarai was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
