Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Carter again; and wants to open a new tavern
