Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He struck the Junk Dealer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and sabotage a competitor
