Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Tailor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
