History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Rael is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the south to a Fisher, Rael learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
