History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
