The war was a terrible time for him, and Adran does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adran was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Berrian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Berrian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has worked as a Sellsword like his mother before him.
