Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
