History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
