Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He prefers to wear flannel, marred by sweets. He has wavy white hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to protect his home

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a axe on his belt. He wears his red hair down. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Riardon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
