Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Paelias was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Animal Trainer, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He has worked as a Ploughman like his father before him.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this eastern man dresses like a well dressed Laborer does. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.
