Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
