History: Born in the east to a Slave Trader, Lucan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
