He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Uthemar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
