History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Uthemar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
