Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it, marred by chocolates. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: Theren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Theren has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aelar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
