Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. His red hair is braided into rings. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Elven compassion; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fivin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
