Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His hair is short and black. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.
History: Nim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he very much looks the part of a Glassblower. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Heian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He struck the Glassblower job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
