Description: This man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right.
