History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available he will default to his lance. He wears a colorful flower in his auburn hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Arannis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
