History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nim grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
