History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ahvain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
