History: He was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.
