History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a grey tunic with blue highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes, marred by teas. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heian studied abroad. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
