The war was a terrible time for him, and Aust does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and retire the richest man in the north

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Erevan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Erevan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Aust was born the youngest of three triplets. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
