Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'0". He dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longbow. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
