Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a pastel shirt, with a yellow mid length shorts with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Efferil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child.
