Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but he was a colossal failure. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Layabout and occasionally as a mercenary.
