History: Efferil was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Doctor father left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
