Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.
