Description: This malnourished man dresses like a well dressed Barkeep does. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. He is baby faced.
Personality: Varis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Barkeep and found it very stressful. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This late middle aged man wears a simple black robe with brown stripes complete with hood and is in decent physical shape. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. He has blue eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Mindartis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a Fortune-teller soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he's repulsed by the pc
