History: Heian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Junk Dealer father left him crippled. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stylist for hire.
