Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Gifted from a young age, Efferil studied abroad. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
