History: Berrian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nim grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
