Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has a very tight haircut. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This malnourished man wears professional attire. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He takes great joy in being the best Guard in town.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and regain custody of his daughter
