Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
