Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a green vest and prefers blue and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heian will drive conversation. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Heian was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
