History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. During his travels, Koeth and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Koeth discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Koeth fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
